Nesse artigo vou estar explicando de maneira mais didática e fácil sobre um bit no cadastro de paciente " guia ".

Vou demonstrar o que ele faz quando marcado e o que pode ser feito para resolver a situação.

 

Antes vamos entender o que esse bit faz. 

 

A solicitação de Guia é feita quando o cliente tem outro plano de saúde, mas faz atendimentos na Camim. 

 

Exemplo:   Os correios tem o plano postal saúde.

Então sempre que um cliente dos correios vem na camim é emitida uma guia nos correios e essa guia é preenchida pro cliente. Isso nos dá o direito de pedir o reembolso do valor dessa consulta/serviço.

Muito importante, esse bit não deve ser desmarcado sem que antes seja recebida a autorização da administração da unidade a qual pertence a matrícula.

Quando o usuário acessa o F3, seleciona o cliente e Clica em Confirmar após dar clique aparece a seguinte mensagem:

O que acaba impedindo a confirmação de presença do cliente. 



Agora com o bit desmarcado eu vou seguir novamente o processo de confirmação. 

 

Após desmarcar o bit no Cadastro de paciente, clique em salvar:

Após acesse o F3 e localize o agendamento:

Ao localizar iniciar o processo de confirmação de consulta: 

Selecionar o paciente e após clicar no botão " confirma "

Após vai aparecer a tela perguntando se é para confirmar a presença do paciente, clicar em "Sim

Vai abrir mais uma aba para realizar a confirmação, dessa vez você deve preencher com o seu login de usuário e senha:

Após a confirmação o sistema pede que você oriente o cliente a agendar e confirmar presença pelo app, após você avançar, aparece a pág de segundos estimados que você deve utilizar para orientar o cliente:

E após a confirmação de que o cliente foi orientado, assim que selecionar a opção "Sim" a presença do cliente é confirmada:

Esse é o processo utilizado para confirmação de presença quando o cliente tiver o bit " guia "  desmarcado no cadastro de paciente.
